As per name describes, HRMS means Human Resource Management System. It is a system using which one can fulfill all his requirements related to payroll. The Software can be used in any of the organization where there is a relationship between employee and employer.

- Creation of Users: User can be created to log in to system. Mainly there will be three types of users: 1. Admin, 2. HR, 3. Employee.
- Filling Master Data:HR can fill, the entire master data related to employee.
- Creating and Assigning Shift:HR can create and assign shift for employees.
- Attendance and Leave Record:Employee can login and mark his/ her attendance. And they can apply leave
- Process Payroll and Pay Slip:HR can process payroll for each employee individually. And Employee can download payslip.
