Definition of this service is based on statement of work that is agreed and signed-up between Aster and customer at the time of business solution offering. System installation templates can be used as standard collateral. However, solution integration will require customized deliverables definition based on the guidelines given under “definition – solution integration”.

System installation

1. Checking of provisioned items,
2. Preparation of provisioned items for installation, Installation of the items
3. Checking and verification of individual components and functionality
4. Basic configuration of the features as a platform for outside the box integration
5. All system installation activities are one-time activity and any additional requirements subsequent to implementation sign-off will have to be taken up as “change control” procedure

Solution integration

1. Understanding setup beyond provisioned items for solution integration
2. Interoperability definition and verification
3. Planning for integration of solution with minimal downtime
4. Configuration of related components to meet QoS, Implementation of solution
5. Checking and verification for implemented solution
6. Demonstration of implemented solution to customer, Solution acceptance sign-off
